For 17 years I have helped clients learn effective coping skills while developing more self-respect and confidence in their ability to manage life challenges. My work is based on Solution-Focused therapy, Mindfulness-Based stress relief, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. These approaches use a client's existing strengths to build new pathways to a more satisfying life. Clients have expressed appreciation for my ability to actively listen and engage with them in a warm, caring manner with a light touch of humor.
